To enroll in our program, simply complete a brief medical intake form, chat with one of our licensed providers, and have your medication conveniently delivered to your doorstep (if medically approved).

Clover Meds is available to individuals who meet the following criteria:

a. Age 18-75

b. Have a BMI that is >30 or >27 with one or more previously diagnosed conditions: Type II Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, High Cholesterol, High Triglycerides, Prediabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart disease, Osteoarthritis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), Cardiovascular Disease, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), Depression, Anxiety, Weight-Related Psychosocial Distress, Stroke, Coronary Artery Disease, Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin Resistance, Body Pain, Infertility, Hypothyroidism, Sexual Dysfunction.

c. Who are not pregnant or breastfeeding

d. Who do not have an Active Substance Abuse Problem, an Active Eating Disorder (e.g., Anorexia or Bulimia), Type 1 Diabetes, Active Cancer, Recent Bariatric Surgery (within the past 18 months), Active Gallbladder Disease, a History of Pancreatitis, Taking Insulin or Sulfonylureas medications, OR a personal/ family History of Medullary Thyroid Cancer (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2 (MEN syndrome)

e. To be eligible for treatment, you must have experienced intolerance or sensitivity to the commercially available GLP-1 formulations, such as excessive nausea or fatigue, or a predisposition for excessive nausea from prescription medication. In accordance with FDA guidelines, we only offer compounded Semaglutide + B6 Injection Therapy as an alternative for individuals who cannot tolerate the standard formulation. During the intake process, you will be required to confirm your intolerance. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or termination of treatment.

If you're responding well to your current dosage, your Clover Provider can continue you on it. There's no need to restart from the lowest dose again.

The FDA-approved brand name medications Wegovy® or Ozempic® are solely distributed by the Novo Nordisk company. Clover Meds explicitly states no affiliation with or endorsement from the mentioned products or entities. Individuals interested in obtaining these products should consult their licensed healthcare provider to explore suitable options.

Clover Meds exclusively provides compounded Semaglutide sourced from State Board-licensed 503 (a) sterile compounding pharmacies or FDA-licensed 503(a) outsourcing facilities. While these facilities adhere to strict regulations, the compounded medications they manufacture are not FDA-approved, as they are tailored to an individual provider's prescription for a specific patient.

The prescription for compounded Semaglutide relies on the medical assessment of a licensed provider, drawn from a telehealth consultation and the patient's medical history.

Variations in strength, dose, route of administration, and other factors may result in differences between compounded medications and FDA-approved drugs, complicating direct comparisons of outcomes and risk profiles.

Clover Meds acknowledges the unique nature of each individual's weight loss journey, understanding that outcomes can vary and are influenced by various factors. However, it is noteworthy that a considerable number of our clients have experienced weight loss of up to 10% of their body weight within a three-month timeframe.

Individuals who experience gradual and consistent weight loss, typically at a rate of 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more likely to maintain their weight compared to those who lose weight rapidly. At Clover Meds, our aim is to assist our patients in achieving weight loss within these sustainable parameters, promoting a journey that prioritizes long-term success.
