Our treatment protocol is designed to maintain GLP-1 effectiveness while minimizing the risk of nausea. For individuals more prone to nausea, we prescribe compounded Tirzepatide with Vitamin B6, which has been scientifically shown to help reduce nausea and fatigue in patients taking GLP-1 medications. Additionally, our twice-weekly split dosing schedule further reduces the likelihood of intolerance, promoting better treatment adherence and patient comfort.
Our Compounded Tirzepatide + B6 Injection Therapy 2-month program is priced at $287 per month, which includes all dosages up to 7.5mg/week. If medically necessary, dosages higher than 7.5mg/week up to 12.5mg/week are an additional $100/month. Treatment includes everything you need: (i) medication delivered to your door, (ii) unlimited provider support, (iii) personalized GLP supplement plan, (iv) muscle retention system, and (v) our popular Slim-Forever Nutritional Blueprint. There are no hidden-fees, gimmicks, or automatic increases whatsoever.
To enroll in our program, simply complete a brief medical intake form, chat with one of our licensed providers, and have your medication conveniently delivered to your doorstep (if medically approved).

Clover Meds acknowledges the unique nature of each individual's weight loss journey, understanding that outcomes can vary and are influenced by various factors. However, it is noteworthy that a considerable number of our clients have experienced weight loss of up to 22% of their body weight within one year.*
Individuals who experience gradual and consistent weight loss, typically at a rate of 1.5 to 2.5 pounds per week, are more likely to maintain their weight compared to those who lose weight rapidly. At Clover Meds, our aim is to assist our patients in achieving weight loss within these sustainable parameters, promoting a journey that prioritizes long-term success.
*In 68- and 72-week clinical trials, Tirzepatide was evaluated in patients without diabetes who had a BMI of ≥ 30 or a BMI of ≥ 27 with a weight-related condition. When combined with diet and exercise, the average weight loss was 15% and 20%, respectively, compared to 2.4% and 3.1% achieved with diet and exercise alone.
Typically, patients are eligible to receive a multi-month supply of medication every 60 days, subject to medical approval. Refill requests will be processed appropriately to ensure continuous treatment coverage without interruption.
After you speak to your provider, the medication will be delivered to you within about 7 business days. We'll let you know the details of the delivery process, so you can expect your prescription to arrive soon.
At this time, we are only able to serve patients in Florida, Illinois, Arizona and Virginia. However, we are actively working on expanding our reach to bring our program to more areas throughout the US.

Clover Meds specializes in custom-compounded medications, which are prepared by state-licensed 503(a) Compounding Pharmacies or 503(b) Outsourcing Facilities. Although these establishments adhere to stringent regulations, the custom-compounded medications they produce are not endorsed by the FDA. This is because they are uniquely formulated according to a specific medical provider’s prescription for an individual patient. Factors like strength, dosage, method of administration, and other aspects may vary, making a direct comparison between the effects and risk profiles of FDA-approved medications and compounded medications challenging. Any prescribed compounded medications are based on the medical discretion of a licensed provider following a telehealth consultation and review of the patient's medical history.
